Throughout her experience, she has helped professional athletes from the NFL, NHL and other sports leagues and disciplines in the United States of America through rehabilitation.
Over the 15 years, it was evident that a lot of people, including and more prevalent with post natal women, faced core disfunction & challenges, and breathing problems.
As an outcome Marta decided to train as hypopressive technique and Low Pressure Fitnesss expert, to help people improve their core health and function, breathing, pelvic floor, posture, and health more broadly.
Marta is also a plant based personal trainer that has an extensive knowledge in nutrition and diet plans to help her clients achieve their personal goals.
